When I asked about a text they'd sent, she told me that she was quite a bit younger than me and therefore prefers texting, but I was too old to understand texting (I'm 37)...and that was why I had questions about it. Every interaction has been worst than the last. Good luck to anyone who may be, like myself, unintentionally transferred over to this agent."
